I will always remember Sister Thaddeus from our days at Pius X High School in Saranac Lake. Her enthusiasm was infectious. It seemed that she always had incredible energy and a smile on her face. Rest In Peace.

Dear Richard and Sandra and the Spearman and Wright Family:
Lorna was a classmate of mine at St. John's Academy, Class of 1950, in Plattsburgh, NY. I know I speak for all of the members of our class that Lorna was held in high esteem and respected and loved by all. Lorna was always ready to to help anyone or provide support to whatever was needed. I will especially remember Lorna for chairing and organizing the fiftieth reunion celebration of our class in 2000. Lorna always had a smile on her face and she will be remembered for this. May Jesus welcome her into eternal life that she so deserves. R.I.P.

My deepest condolences to all of the family. May your memories bring you joy.
Mrs.Wright ( Sr. Mary Thaddeus) was my teacher at St. Pius X H.S.
She was a wonderful, caring teacher. Looking out for those with difficulties and encouraging all.
My fondest memories were my "private" saxophone lessons. Last period of the day. She taught me how to play 4 notes so I could fill the needed marching slot!! Also Math class... trying to get us to see division was not difficult as long as we realized it wasn't how many times a number went IN it was how many times it came OUT.
I have missed her for so many years but the ache now is a little stronger.

I graduated from St. John's. I was searching for a career and a college to attend. I read about the OT program at Herkimer College. I attended from 1987-1989 and went on to receive my Bachelor degree in OT. I am so thankful to have discovered the program at Herkimer, as are several of my colleagues! We love our careers and Mrs. Wright made it happen! Thank you and God Bless. I am sorry for your loss. She was a fantastic person, created a much needed program, and launched many of us into careers that "change the world, one person at a time".
