Dear Cindy, Mark and Bill, I was so saddened to read that your MOM had passed away. She was one of the first to greet me at Westmoreland High School when I came to be interviewed by Mr. Craine, Superintendent, for the position in the new elementary school. I can still see her smiling face and she was ever so pleasant and friendly. I was fortunate to be hired and become part of the best office staff comprising of Jennie Mae Hensel, Helen Batson and your Mom. I remained friends with your mother over the years and would talk with her on occasion and ask her to come to the Westmoreland retiree breakfasts because all of us "oldies" knew her and would have enjoyed having her company. She said she might surprise us but then, as time goes on "our get up and go, got up and went". I am privileged to have known her and that we were Westmoreland School secretarial staff co- workers. Yes, we did have many fond memories. Please accept my deepest heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your dear MOM.

I didn't know Mary, "Mom" , really well as I just really met her about a year ago. But she was very quick with her sense of humor and was so down to earth to talk with. I just felt so comfortable to come over and chat, and always called her "mom". I really appreciated her love for her family too. She will be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with all of her family at this time. May God give you his Peace, a Peace that passes all understanding, at this time. Love, Lucy Barretta
