1Lt Paul C. Ragusa, CPE posted a condolence
I met Arthur Jodoin in 2000 when I entered the New York Guard. Since then we became the best of friends. He and I shared many good times at the shooting range where we practiced precision shooting skills and comradere. As a company commander in the NYG he became "my sergeant". He was a loyal soldier, follower and supporter of my causes without stint or reservation. He became a close friend of both my wife and I over the years. He was the most polite and caring guy I ever had the honor of being friends with. I can not describe the level of sincere sadness that I have now experienced since his untimly demise on 5 June 2009.
My faith tells me I will surely see you once again, but I still miss you terribly. I love you.
Paul (L.T.) Ragusa

It's over a year already since you left us and I miss you so much my friend.
The Deerfield shooting range is not the same without you. Neither is my entire life.
Thinking of you and the great times we had in the State Guard and and the rifle range.
You were a great friend to me and my family and you are very frequently in my thoughts and prayers.
God bless you.
