Dear Mary and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have many great memories of Joe from when we were in college at Delhi. He and I were part of a group of friends that spent our Friday and Saturday nights at Anthony’s Attic drinking $1 pitchers of beers. Although it was almost 45 years ago the memories are as if it was yesterday. He was a hell of a guy. My love and prayers to you and the family. Tony Bernardo

Just heard about Joe passing. I am so sorry!! Over the past 20 years I have known Joe with him doing construction at Cazenovia Schools. He always greeted me with a smile and hug. He had the most beautiful smile. Such a friendly guy who never forgot a person even if it had been years inbetween seeing you. An incredible GUY!!!!!
