Doreen, Rich and family, I'm so sad for your loss of a beautiful woman on the inside and out. I am in Portland, OR and was not able to attend services today. I remember all the wonderful times we had years ago with sleep overs and hanging out. I have been a business owner for 4 years and have had to work many hours to build it to it's current point and never sent Jody the letter I wrote in my head 2 years ago. On the day she died, before knowing she passed I said to myself, reach out to Jody! Just because Jody has transitioned over, does not mean she will be far away. I often feel the presence of a dear friend who passed away. My thoughts are with you during this very sad time for you. Warmly, Donna Dzwonkas

I'm so sad to hear of Jody's passing. She was a dear friend of my sisters and the times I saw Jody I remember her warmth and joyful attitude. God bless you Jody. I'm sure you are smiling down on your family.

Richard, My heart goes out to you and the girls. I was so totally shocked when I read on FB. Jody was so truly wonderful. I loved her the minute I met her. It was such a joy with yall living next door to us. I so wish I could be there. This was such a shock as it was for us when Jimmie died suddenly. I know it is going to be very hard for you Rich and please know I will be praying for you and if you need to talk please call me. Love you Junie Your very old Texas friend
