I am so sorry to Brenda's entire family. I've known Brenda for many years especially when we were in the American Legion Auxiliary. We were officers together for several years. You followed me to the Auxiliary's Presidency the year after me. We got along very well. When she took the Presidency oath and I stepped down for my goodbye gift she gave me a stuffed Smurfette. Every so often when I pass (it sits on a shelf between the living room and dining room and is seen from every angle every day) or I'm sitting there watching tv, I can see it and remember Brenda. Now it will be even more special to me. I might try fitting her in the curio cabinet to keep it dust free and safe. Everyone knows I'm a Smurf fan, big time. That stuff Smurfette has always been special to me, now even more so.
I repeat, I am so sorry for your loss and you are in my heart and n my prayers.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy. Brenda was one of the nicest friend anyone could ever have. I grew up with Brenda and shared many fun times during our high school years. Brenda always had the brightest smile and always was there for her friends. I will never forget her friendliness and kindness she extended to me.. May your memories bring you solace during this difficult time.

Brenda was one of a kind. She was always there for anyone who needed it. I put together an American Legion Post 26 "2018" picture album that was submitted to 5th District. Brenda was in about 10 of those pictures, from all different Legion functions. It will take 3 people to do the job she did. It was a pleasure to know Her, work with Her and have fun with Brenda. Our Auxiliary won't be the same without you but I know you will be watching over us to make sure to uphold our duty as Auxiliary Members. R.I.P. my Friend & I'll see you again some day. Judy

I am so deeply saddened by the loss of your beloved Brenda. Too young to be taken from this earth. Only comforted by knowing she is in the arms of our Lord. I know we haven't seen one another in many years but friends of our childhood never leave our hearts. Godspeed.
