My dearest cousin and friend Carmie
I miss you so much already. We lived far from each other but distance
never mattered. We bonded as children and no amount of time or distance
could infringe on that bond. We did it the old-fashioned way, writing letters
and making phone calls and those rare but wonderful visits,
in recent years we used that new-fangled thing called
email.
You raised an amazing and wonderful family and cultivated a lifetime of friendships.
And with your loving brothers and sisters to support that community everyone
will get through the days ahead. Get through but never forget you.
I hope you are sitting with our mothers and grandmothers now, having coffee and comparing notes on
your families and watching over everyone. an amazing group of stars added to the heavens.
