Obituary of Mary B. Jannone

Mary B. Jannone New Hartford/Waterville/ Clinton Mary Bachmann Jannone, 85, of New Hartford formerly of Waterville and Clinton, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Heritage Health Care Center, Utica. She was born the daughter, of the late Harrold and Carita Reiss Bachmann on August 28, 1925, in Chicago, IL. Mary graduated from The Girls Latin School in Chicago and attended Wells College. She married Milton H. Jannone on May 22, 1944, in Chicago. Milton passed away on March 19, 2008. Mary volunteered at Faxton Hospital for many years and was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, bridge, and especially enjoyed spending her summers at Lake Moraine. Mary is survived by her six children and their spouses, Michael, St. Petersburg, FL., David and Norma Jean, Southern Pines, NC, Dennis and Eileen, Rome, Martha and Richard Eaton, Knoxboro, Mary and Terry Denoma, Lake Villa, IL., and Christine and Terry Spooner, Oriskany Falls; eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers and a sister and their spouses, Peter and Verena Bachmann, Sheboygan Falls, WI., Joan and Frank Ribich, and David Bachmann, all of Sheboygan, WI., a sister-in-law, Ilene Langone, Waterville; relatives, and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 11:00AM at the Grace Episcopal Church, 209 Main St., Waterville, NY, 13480. There will be no prior visitation. Arrangements made by the Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., 35 College St., Clinton.
