Anthony J. Massicci, 79, of Franklin Avenue, passed away Monday, August 23, 2010 at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse.
He was born in Little Falls on October 15, 1930, the son of the late Anthony and Rose Aldi Massicci. He grew up in Utica and served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Anthony was a truck driver for most of his life and retired from the Teamsters. In 2003 he married Patricia Dougherty.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia of Clinton; three daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and William Heuser, Karen and Anthony Imbriolo and Debby and Robert Lomassaro; his sister and brother-in-law, Catherine and James Marconi of Utica.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Friday, August 27, 2010 at St. Mary's Church, Marvin St, Clinton. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to call Thursday from 4-7pm at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc, 35 College St, Clinton, NY. Please send online condolences to www.owenspavlotrogers.com
