Timothy P. Kinney, 72, passed away December 9, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. He was born in Utica on November 28, 1945, son of the late Richard and Vivian (Rouillier) Kinney. Tim served his country for 24 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather, who will be remembered for his quick wit, generous nature and amazing poetry. He is survived by his wife Hiroko; his son Timothy; daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Raphael Naville. One of his greatest joys was living long enough to be a grandfather to Rosemarie Naville born December 5, 2017. He also leaves his brothers, sisters and their spouses, Richard & Maureen Kinney, Sandra & Beecher Coss, Nancy & John Alsheimer, Lorraine Kinney-Kitchen & Les Kitchen, Daniel & Patricia Kinney and James & Shelley Kinney, as well as many nieces, nephews and good friends. All are invited to call Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 4-6pm at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., 35 College St. Clinton, with the service immediately following at 6pm. He will be interred with military honors at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
