Obituary of Nova Mae Recknall

Nova Mae Recknall, 78, of Clinton, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at the Martin Luther Home in Clinton.
She was born the daughter of the late Harvey and Lillian Wilcox on April 2, 1932 in Leonardsville, NY. Nova married Robert M. Recknall at the First Presbyterian Church in Utica in 1952. Robert passed away on December 31, 2000. Nova was a member of the Red Hat Society as well as the Salvation Army Church.
Nova is survived by her daughter, Charlene Ellis; a son-in-law, Carl Ellis of Waterville; three grandchildren and their spouses, Michael and Heather Ellis of New Hartford, Marianne Ellis and fianc Dylan Cromp of Waterville, and Holly King of Clayville and Rich King of Cassville; four great grandchildren, Robert Ellis Clark, Nicholas Wiediger, Kyra King, and James Ellis; a brother, Howard Wilcox of Clark Mills; nieces, and nephews. Nova was predeceased by her brother Harold Wilcox.
A graveside ceremony will be held at 11am on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at the Crown Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements made by Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., Clinton
