I worked with Ralph for many years at Oneida National Bank and always held him in the highest esteem. Needless to say, he was an exemplary career professional in bank management and was highly respected in the financial industry. But what I remember most about him was that he was a man of high character who always treated others with the utmost of respect and sincerity. He maintained a solid demeanor and was a genuine person who was also a lot of fun to interact with. This world was a better place for him having been in it. My deepest sympathy to his family. Take good care of each other during this sad time. May he forever rest in peace.
