Obituary of Christine L. Biamonte

Christine L. Biamonte, 48, of Herkimer, passed away peacefully Monday, November 21, 2016 with her family by her side at Basset Medical Center. Christine was born in Utica, NY on October 8, 1968, the daughter of Vincent Biamonte and the late Susan Bellair. She attended Utica Free Academy and was a longtime resident of Herkimer. Christine was engaged to the love of her life John F. Zinkovitch, Sr., who passed away on March 13, 2016. John was her rock and biggest motivator as she was his. Together they enjoyed camping and riding on his beloved Harley. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren; to whom she was completely devoted. She is predeceased by her daughter, Alisia and is survived by her children, Ashley and Brandon, Emily, John Jr. and Stacy, Nicole and Michael, and Karol Ann; siblings, Richard, David, Chad, Shawn, and Jessica; grandchildren, Liam, Owen, Gabrielle, Michael Jr., Thomas, and Devon; she is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; however, she was especially close to her aunt and uncle, Judy & John Lapenta and nieces, Kendall and Rylie. Christine had many good friends throughout her life; but, she was especially close to friends Laraine, Nusmira, Joanne, Tina, Shannon, Sergio and Keycey, and Mark and Deb. All are invited to call from 3-6pm on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., 35 College St., Clinton, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday at St John the Evangelist, 66 Oxford Rd., New Hartford, NY. Following the funeral she will be laid to rest next to the love of her life John at Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica, NY.
