Obituary of Michael J. Lenhardt

Michael J. Lenhardt, 49, passed away Monday, August 29, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. He was born September 10, 1966 in New Hartford, a son of the late Joseph and Janice McSweeney Lenhardt. Michael worked as a cook for many years at local restaurants including, Ground Round, Carmella's and Ninety-Nine Restaurant. When Michael wasn't working, he could be found on a golf course with anyone willing to play. He is survived by his two brothers and a sister-in-law, Joseph Lenhardt of Whitesboro and Andrew and Kristen Lenhardt of Niskayuna; a nephew Eric Lenhardt; three aunts, Sandra K. McSweeney, Lillian McSweeney and Mary A. Lenhardt; and many cousins who truly cared for him. He was predeceased by his parents. All are invited to a memorial service at 5:30pm on Friday, September 2, 2016 at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., 35 College St., Clinton.
