Obituary of Gregory S. Getz

Gregory S. Getz, 36, of Taylor Ave., died Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
He was born in New Hartford on November 20, 1973, a son of Stanley James and Erika Getz. Greg graduated from Clinton Central School in 1992. He worked at H.P. Hood in Vernon for 12 years and was a member of the Teamsters Union. He attended Church of the Annunciation in Clark Mills.
He is survived by his parents, Jim and Erika Getz of Clark Mills; his daughter Madison Lynn Getz and her mother Heather Marsh; his sister, Christina Burk of IL; three brothers, Eric of DE, Steven and his wife Petra of Germany and Jim of Clark Mills; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins and his special friend Becky.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am Monday, April 26, 2010 at Church of the Annunciation, Clark Mills. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Clinton. Friends are invited to call Sunday from 1-3pm at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc, 35 College St., Clinton.
