Obituary of Frances J Gisondi

Frances J. Gisondi, 93, of Clinton passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the Presbyterian Home for CNY. Frances was born on January 6, 1922 in Kirkland, NY, the daughter of the late Anthony and Freida (Abraham) Joseph. She grew up in Clinton and was a graduate of Clinton High School. She was united in marriage to Frank A. Gisondi on June 29, 1946 at the Church of the Annunciation in Clark Mills, NY. As a military wife Frances traveled with her husband both in the US and Abroad. She is survived by her sons, Frank Jr. and his wife Elaine of McLean, VA, Mark and his wife Linda of Centerville, OH, and Phillip of Clinton, NY; special nieces, Luellen Abdoo, Carol Brown, Michelle Hughes, Cynthia Joseph, and Sheryl O'Roark. She is predecease by her siblings, John, Eva, Amelia, Helen, Marina, and Abraham; special nephews, Fred Abdoo and Christopher Joseph. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Church of the Annunciation, Clark Mills, NY. A graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery, New Hartford, NY following the Mass. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to the Church of Annunciation, 7616 E.
