Obituary of Maryanne B Malinowski

Maryanne (Yacano) Abel Malinowski, 66, of Whitesboro, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014 with her family by her side. Maryanne was born on July 24, 1947 in Norwich, NY a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Jane (Alessi) Yacano. She was a graduate of Norwich High School, the Utica School of Commerce and Mohawk Valley Community College. Maryanne really enjoyed making jewelry, sewing and knitting. She is survived by her husband, Steven Malinowski of Whitesboro; daughter, Nicole Abel of Scranton, PA; sister-in-law, Betty Abel Jellencich of Utica; ex-husband , William Abel of Utica, brother-in-law, George Abel of Utica; and two nieces. All are invited to calling hours from 5-7pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc, 35 College St., Clinton. A funeral service will follow at 7pm.
