Obituary of Rose A. Timian

Rose A. Timian, 82, of Waterville, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at the Siegenthaler Center.
She was born on March 22, 1926 in Clinton, a daughter of Paul and Jennie Gigliotti Falbo. Rose graduated from Clinton Central School with the Class of 1943. Rose was a member of St. Mary's Church in Clinton where she had been a member of the choir since the age of 8. In 1946, she was united in marriage to John Timian, until his death in 1959. She retired from Clinton Central School, where she had worked as a teacher's aide and was well known as the JV and varsity cheerleading coach.
She is survived by her daughters and their spouses, Annette and Robert Dunckel of Lynchburg, VA and Mary and Robert Reina of Frankfort; her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Sue Timian of Clinton; six grandchildren and their spouses, Lori and Rob DesChamps, Meredith and Joe O'Brien, Courtney and John Dreimiller, John and Terry Draper, Larry Draper and his girlfriend Missy, and Laura and Mark Bodmer; fourteen great-grandchildren, John David and Shelby DesChamps, Allie O'Brien, Sydni and Graci Rose Dreimiller, Justine and Abby Draper, Adrianna and Nathan Draper, Dillon, Kai and Catie Bodmer and Dana and Ryan Mosley; many relatives and friends, including a special nephew and his family John and Colleen Falbo. She was also predeceased by her parents and her brothers, John and Frank Falbo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Friday, February 27, 2009 at St. Mary's Church, Marvin St., Clinton. At Rose's request, there will be no public calling hours. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., Clinton, NY.
