Obituary of Roberta M Cleveland

Roberta M. Cleveland, 83, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Bethlehem, PA. She was born October 7, 1929 the daughter of the late Robert and Eva Mae Garrigan. Roberta was united in marriage to Harry W. Cleveland on November 17, 1950; the couple spent 45 wonderful years together before his passing on July 7, 1995. She worked for many years as a rehab therapist for the New York State Dept. of Mental Hygiene. Roberta was an avid painter. She was a member of the BlueRidge-Art Association and studied with artist Ginger Seabeck from 1989-1998. She was particularly fond of painting with water colors and acrylics. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Anthony Melissari of Saylorsburg, PA, nephew, Scott Frey of Canastota, his children and grandchildren, niece, Donna Woods of Florida, niece, Dawn and husband Marc Stephanick of Asbury, NJ, niece Lynn Michaels of Lawrenceville, NJ and 9 great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 10am on Saturday, September 21,, 2013 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 70 Wood Rd, Whitesboro, NY.
