Jim was a trusted friend and mentor. Although I have not seen him in over 25 years, memories of our times together always brings a smile. My wife, Linda and I extend our heart-felt sympathies to Nancy and the family. Jim is with his Savior. It is a pleasure to have known this Godly man. Jim and Linda Spargo

As a little kid, there were many times that I looked up to Mr. and Mrs. Boersma for guidance and advice. As an adult I remember all the sledding parties at their home in Deansboro during the winter, and the snacks and food that Mrs. Boersma made and the Bible lessons he taught all of us. He truly was a man of wisdom, and lived every minute for God. I will never forget him, and the lessons that I learned from him. Mr. B you will be forever missed.

To the dear family of Jim Boersma,
I pray that the Lord will cover you all in this time. I hope that you find comfort in that Jim has received his promotion, and is in the presence of Jesus, the Savior.
I know that my friend Jim is in a wonderful place. I too will miss him, as will my family. A truly great mentor, teacher, pastor, and friend. I am very thankful for every opportunity I had to spend time with him.
