I miss you! I will miss our early morning wake up calls, Sunday dinners, Girls Luncheons. I will miss your laugh, your smile, compassion, and fierceness. But most of all I will miss my sister. Forever in my heart. Safely home Sissy!

Marion- I am saddened beyond words. Your friendship meant the world to me. Although we lived miles apart we still kept in touch and your giggly laugh always made me smile. You will be missed my dear friend. Kiss pongo for us.
Forever your friends-

Grandma, I can't explain how lost I am without you. I am missing our conversations about you asking me how work was going and how you would tell me about your day. We would be on the phone for hours talking about life and other things. It still doesn't feel real to me yet. I am still waiting for your phone call. I am glad you got to see me progress into the young women I am today and see my accomplishments throughout life. I'm so happy I was able to see you once last time before you went home. Pongo will be so happy to see you again. You'll always be in my heart and forever on my mind.
I love and miss you grandma, until we meet again <3.

There are no words to express the loss of a friend of 72 years. We shared such vital parts of our lives- the good and the bad. There are so many memories of our childhood on Lincoln Street on Staten Island- ice skating in the Secret Pond, sledding on Lookout Hill, going to Castleton Hill Moravian Church, playing tag and "kick the can" with our neighborhood gang of kids. Your dad made us the best playhouse in your backyard where we picked and ate peaches off your tree. You and I traveled on the train to my grandparents in Pa. where we vacationed and rode horses, played with my cousin, and sat on the porch and wrote down license plate numbers of the cars as they passed by. There were proms, weddings, our children and grandchildren being born, divorces, our parents and relatives dying. Our lives parted after High School with you staying in Staten Island and me moving to upstate New York. The distance kept us apart, but our friendship never waivered. God wanted us to spend our "senior" years together when you moved here many years ago. I will miss you -your sarcasm, kindness, generosity, sense of humor, and companionship. You are and will always be my forever friend!
Wait for me at those pearly gates and we will once again create our own fun.
Love, Nancy

I'll never forget all the memories we had grandma, from visiting you when you were still working/living in Staten Island, from our family trips up to Barryville NY, and all the weekends/holidays we spent together. I will always cherish the memories we had together and all the conversations we had, whether it be talking about each others lives and what was going on, or joking and laughing about what we saw TV. I will never forget it. I'm glad that you got to see me grow up into the man I am today, and seeing you happy every-time I told you about my achievements meant the world to me. I will miss you grandma, and I thank you for all you have done for me throughout our time together. I'll always have you in my heart and in my thoughts.
Until we meet again, I love you always and forever Grandma!
~Chris
