Obituary of Gregory C. Jackson

Gregory C. Jackson, 53, passed away March 23, 2023.

He was born February 17, 1970, in New Hartford, NY, a son of Roderick E. and Carol A. (Claus) Jackson.  Greg was a graduate of Clinton Central School and Syracuse University, and also attended Niagara College for Culinary Arts.  Greg worked for Hilton Corporation in Ontario, Canada as an accountant for many years.  He enjoyed downhill skiing, listening to his favorite music, and playing with his cat Gizmo.

He is survived by his mother Carol Karek and husband Matthew of Ontario, Canada; his brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Allison Jackson of Stittville; niece Ella Jackson; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his father in 1992.

Funeral services will be held at 6pm Friday, March 31, 2023, at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, 35 College St., Clinton, NY.  All are invited to visitation at the funeral home from 5pm - 6pm prior to the service. He will be buried at St. Bernard’s Cemetery in the spring..
