Obituary of Eileen Martina Gillespie

Eileen Gillespie Clinton, NY; formerly of Omaha, NE Eileen Gillespie, 87, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2013 surrounded by her daughters. Eileen Martina Johnson was born in Central City, NE. She worked as a RN and CRN Anesthetist at various hospitals in Denver and Omaha. Eileen married Peter Gillespie on August 18, 1955 a union of 51 years until his passing in 2006. Eileen was also predeceased by her infant daughter, Mary Kaye and her sister Loreen Moorer. Eileen is survived by her sons Kevin and Jay of Omaha; daughters, Jane Arnison (Steve) and their children Thomas and Ellen of Clinton, NY, Janet of Utica, NY, Joan Hutchings (James) and their children Lauren and Harrison of Clinton, NY. Eileen is also survived by her two brothers Verlin and Ron as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and Friends are invited to a Life and Resurrection service at Morning Star Lutheran Church 331 So 85th Avenue in Omaha on Tuesday March 12, 2013 at 11am with a luncheon served afterward. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to the Presbyterian Home in New Hartford.
