Daytona Beach, FL –Robert “Bobby” John Kwiatkowski, 82, formerly of Whitesboro, NY, passed away at St Elizabeth Medical Center on August 24, 2021, after a brief illness. Bobby was born on January 12, 1939, in Clayville, NY to Charles and Margaret (Doyle) Kwiatkowski. He attended Utica schools and worked at Marcy State Hospital, retiring in 1990 after 33 years. Bobby married Linda (Coultrip) Tagliaferri on May 19, 1984 and spent 36 years together playing golf and traveling the country with senior softball before Linda’s passing in 2020. He is survived by sons Robert Kwiatkowski Jr and Todd Kwiatkowski of FL; daughter Cindi Pape of Amsterdam, NY; stepchildren Jon (Cindy) Tagliaferri, of Norwich, CT and Yvonne (Joseph) Scotto, of Oakton, VA; eleven grandchildren; brother and brother-in-law, C. Michael “Bucky” and Jack Marcellus of New Hartford, NY; sisters, Marion “Sissy” Kwiatkowski Tulloch of New Hartford and Margaret “Peggy” Kwiatkowski and partner Billy Lyness of Chesapeake, VA; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and good friends. He was predeceased by wife Linda, his parents, stepdaughter Nedra VanCleef, brother Michael Kwiatkowski, brother-in-law, Arthur Tulloch and sister-in-law, Alex Kidder. All are invited to a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 10am at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, 35 College St., Clinton, NY. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Bobby’s memory to St. Jude’s.
