I confess Jessica, I have not jupemd into NANO. The hardest part for me is straddling writing and work and unfortunately work is taking over. However, I am a regular cheerleader of those who push themselves to do NANO each year. I think if anything, if you aren't able to get a book out of the process, at least you have something that might resemble a story and that is always a good thing. Great post! Thanks!

Catherine was a very special aunt who always brought laughter and love to everyone in our family. I'll especially cherish the memories of holiday visits, family reunions and the fun of helping out at the produce stand as a kid. She always had time to talk and share family stories during many gatherings around the Cunningham kitchen table. And whenever someone needed something, she was the first to call or knock at the door. She raised a wonderful family in Beth, Doug and Warren who mirror the values she lived every day-- kindness, laughter and love of others. I know that our entire family has been blessed to have her in our lives. She will be missed! Much love to Beth, Doug, Warren and the entire family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
