Obituary of Ludean G. Hubal

Ludean G. “Dean” Hubal, 62, of Westmoreland, passed away January 15, 2021. She was born in Waseca, MN on October 20, 1958, a daughter of the late Darrell and Lucille (Engelhardt) Hoy. Dean worked at DFAS in Rome for over 30 years. She was united in marriage to Robert J. Hubal. Dean was the love of Bob’s life and he thanks Michelle Perrault and Tom Wilcox for introducing them. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed watching her boys compete in football and you always knew when Dean was there because she was cheering the loudest. She was a member of Church of the Annunciation in Clark Mills where she had been a religious education teacher. She will be missed by her husband, Bob; her three sons, Trevor and Katie Wenthold, Robert Hubal Jr, and Donte Hubal; two beloved grandchildren, Trae and Loralee; her brothers and sister and their spouses, Lonnie Johanssen, Dale and Mary Hoy, Dennis and Karen Hoy, Devin and Kathy Hoy, and Dwight and Dani Hoy; and thirteen nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Gail Hoy. A Memorial Mass will be held in the Spring. Arrangements by Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Clinton, NY.
