Such a special person. I have known Jeff his whole life and for all He went through and so much of life taken from Him, He was never bitter. Always a smile, a great sense of humor and a joke. One of the kindest and most generous people I have ever known. You will be missed my friend. Semper Fi.

I served with Lou during the Gulf War and well before that deployment. I had the privilege of promoting him to sergeant. He was a solid NCO and an incredibly trust and decent man. The world will be a little colder without him in it. We willl see him again happily guarding heaven’s streets. I pray God allows him have a tank. Semper Fi, Lou.

It hurts my heart knowing you are no longer with us, but I feel comfort that you are now at peace. I will always cherish our friendship and the times we shared growing up, the memories of running on the track team, hanging out and making you laugh, and the same day we both left to start our new careers in the military. We simply said see you later. Next time I saw you....you were a Proud Marine and I highly respected you for that accomplishment. I will carry our friendship until the end.
