Mike and I went to school together but were not friends. He came into my life when he started working with my parents and my sister. I used to think “damn, what a great guy. So funny! Wish we had been friends in high school”.
When Mike and I got to know each other a little better and he knew my car...he would “swerve” towards me whenever we would see each other in the village. When I realized it was him I was like “ok dude, let’s do this” And every single time we saw each other, we would play this game. Not a safe one but it always made me laugh and smile. Mike was a good man. Thoughtful and so funny. I am better off for having known him.
