Westmoreland- Alicia A (Zwir) Nolan, 56, our hearts are broken by the loss of our wife and mother, who passed away unexpectedly at St. Elizabeth Medical Center on April 10, 2020. Alicia was born in Utica, NY on September 10, 1963, a daughter of Adam and Irene (Swienton) Zwir. She attended Utica schools and graduated from Proctor High School class of 1981. She furthered her education at the Utica School of Commerce. She was employed by The Hartford as a Billing Coordinator for the past 15 years. On August 1, 1987 she married the love of her life John C. Nolan at St. Agnes Church. The couple went on to have two sons Adam and John Andrew. She was the current treasurer of the ladies Auxiliary at Helmuth Ingalls Post 232. She loved her time at the St. Lawrence River with her family and her “River Peeps”. She loved to bake for any occasion but especially for Christmas and St. Patrick’s Day. Alicia leaves behind her loving husband of over 32 years, John C.
