This summer and the rest of my summers aren’t going to be the same without going to car shows with Uncle Mike. I’m really going to miss talking cars and life in general, but most of all his sarcastic dry sense of humor. He also provided a lot of guidance and advice for me in my life. I loved spending time with him.

Mike was my brother in-law but has been in my life my entire 54 years of my life. More like a brother and father figure to me but mostly a best friend. We laughed, cried, disagreed as you would with a family member. I miss him dearly. My sister Debbie and Mike were always there for Alicia and I. I called my friend Gerry that was his middle name but it stuck and he was forever lovingly Gerry to me! My heart was just broken for the loss of you and four days later I lost my love Alicia. It is too much to comprehend! Please hold her hand and take her to paradise with you. These losses are real and I will miss you both beyond words. Watch over each other and I will see you again in paradise my brother.

Kellie and family I am so sorry for your loss and I will keep your family in my prayers. Kellie I got to meet your dad twice. One thing I will always remember are the pictures you sent me of him doing funny things like getting his hair braided, I think I actually still have that picture. God bless you and your family.
Love Arlene

It was a beautiful day on Boyden’s lake in Perry ME when Michael joined us along with The Smith’s for a beautiful afternoon of talking and soaking up the weather of the summer on the deck of our camper. He was such a kind soul our deepest condolences to you all so glad we were able to spend this afternoon with him
