Kathy and Family, Gail and I are saddened to read in the Utica OD that Phil had died. As you know, many of us who worked with him, know how important he was in making Clinton a great School. Gail and I are in Portland OR with Scott for the Holidays and will not be home to share our admiration and give big hugs to the entire family. Frank Perretta
