OH formerly of Clinton, NY
Ralph W. Newell, 71, of Perrysburg, OH and formerly of Clinton, NY, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2012 at Hospice of North West Ohio, Perrysburg, OH.
He was born the son of the late Marion S. and Mabel E. Trimbey Newell on May 25, 1940 in Utica. Ralph was enrolled in some programs operated by the ARC of Oneida County. For the last ten years he resided with his sister, Ruth in Ohio.
Ralph is survived by his sister, Ruth Witzeman, OH; a nephew, William Witzeman; and a niece, Kathryn Witzeman.
Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family, to be announced, in the spring. Arrangements by the Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., 35 College St., Clinton.
