Obituary of Ruth P Hoffmann

Ruth P Hoffmann, 92, of Utica Road, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Lutheran Care.

She was born in Clinton on October 23, 1926, a daughter of the late Raymond and Martha (Lounsbury) Pflanz.  Ruth was a graduate of Clinton Central School and Utica School of Commerce.  She was united in marriage to Frederick Hoffmann on September 11, 1948.  The couple shared 57 years together until his passing on May 7, 2006.

She is survived by her daughter, Marcia Ann (Hoffmann) Dalziel of Iowa; two grandsons and their spouses, Daniel and Heidi Standridge and Peter and Kathy Standridge, all of Iowa; eight great-grandchildren, Jessie, Alyssa, Amy, Sylvan, Cecily, Daschell, Orson and Seneca and two step great-grandchildren, Thomas and Brian. 

All are invited to call from 10am-Noon Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., 35 College St., Clinton.  Funeral services will be held at Noon Tuesday at the funeral home following visitation.  Her burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in the spring.
