I had the pleasure of working with Austin when he was our Hartford Underwriter for Northeast Agencies. We got to meet him when he came to Buffalo to attend one of our holiday parties. He was clean shaven back then! What a nice guy!! I'm very sorry for your loss. Know that he will be remembered by all those who crossed his path!

Austin was a joy to work with. To me he seemed to be a hard worker that took pride in his job. We never actually met as I work remotely, but Austin was someone I had hoped to meet someday.

Austin, even though we met briefly, our grandchildren looked forward to meeting up with you and your girls Julia and Madison at Limekiln Lake for the past four years or so.
