Beth,Bernie,Scott,Chris and family, My heart is heavy with saddness in the news of Bernies' passing. I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to know and spend time with Bernie . He was one of a kind . I still to this day use his funny lines.....Anything coming ? No cars just trucks...haaahaaa and I have that noassatall disorder ! LOL ! Even in his time of ill health he maintained his sense of humor and always always spoke of his one and only true love ...your Mom. I am sorry I was not able to attend his service. Please know he will always have a special place in my heart. There is no doubt that he is passing on his love and laughter in his celestial home. Hope all of you are doing as well as you can during this sad time. Miss you and God Bless. Debbie

I was sorry to read of your loss and wanted to offer my sympathy to you and your family. Losing someone in death is one of the hardest things that can happen to us and it is my hope that you will get the needed comfort from family and friends. I also hope that scriptures in the Bible such as John 5:28, 29 will be a measure of comfort as well. There, Jesus promises the hope of a resurrection. Revelation 21:3, 4 goes on to tell us that soon we can be a part of a world without sickness, sorrow or death. We can be a part of all of these promises if we heed the counsel at John 17:3 to take in accurate knowledge that leads to everlasting life.
