Coralie H. Cookenham Rochester Coralie Helen Aiken Cookenham, 81, of Rochester, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2011, at the Wesley Gardens, Rochester. She was born on December 16, 1929, in Lake Placid, to the late Fayette and Gladys Smith Aiken. Coralie received her Masters Degree and was a teacher in Clinton Central Schools. She married Walter Cookenham in 1959 in Lake Placid, NY. Coralie was a member of the Clinton Community Chorus, Etude Music Club, and the Stone Church Choir. Coralie is survived by her three children and their spouses, Melanie and Mike Savidis, Rochester, NY, Tres Cookenham, Lake Placid, NY, and Cynthia and Jonathan Glenn, Pittsburgh, PA; four grandchildren, Yianni, Walter, and Adonis Savidis, Rochester, NY and Benjamin Glenn, Pittsburgh, PA; nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She is predeceased by her husband, Walter; a brother, Conrad Aiken; two sister-in-laws, Barbara Croghan and Marjorie Showalter and two brother-in-laws, Robert and Fred Cookinham. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 11:30AM at the Stone Presbyterian Church, South Park Row, Clinton. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, September 3, 2011 from 10-11AM at the Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., 35 College St., Clinton.
