Obituary of Mark G. Caraher

Mark G. Caraher Marshall Mark G. Caraher, 57, of Marshall, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born in Rome, NY on July 14, 1953, son of Georgianna Brockway and the late Henry Caraher. Mark graduated in the class of 1971 from Madison Central School. He worked various jobs at Oneida Limited for a duration of 35 years and then became a custodian for Hamilton College. Mark is survived by his partner, Joyce Weaver, Clinton; two sons and their spouses, Shawn and Jenni Caraher, VA, and Jason and Kristy Caraher, Baldwinsville; a step-daughter and her spouse, Wendy and William Dishman, Taberg; four brothers and one sister and their spouses, Kurt and Dawn, Oriskany Falls, John and Crystal of Oriskany Falls, Joel and Angela, Delanson, NY, Erin and Mark Lollman, Hamilton, and Eric and Susan Caraher, Morrisville; and several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:00AM on Saturday, April 30, 2011, at the Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., 35 College St., Clinton. Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday from 9:00AM until the time of the service. Interment will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, Clinton.
