Obituary of Gladys H Audas

Gladys Audas, 99, a longtime resident of Clinton, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at the Presbyterian Home. She was born in Clark Mills on September 19, 1911, the daughter of the late Niles and Annie Bramley Hubbard. She graduated from Clark Mills High School in 1929. On May 1, 1930 she was united in marriage to Harold J. Audas at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Clark Mills. The couple lived in Clinton for many years and tended to their poultry farm. Mr. Audas died January 5, 1986. Gladys also worked at Utica Mutual Insurance Company. She was the oldest member of Stone Presbyterian Church in Clinton and had been a member of its Sigma Bible Class. She had also been a member of Grace Chapter O.E.S. where she was a past Matron, Daughters of the Nile, Amaranth and the Clinton Grange. She is survived by her daughter Jacquelynn Foley of Frankfort; nine grandchildren, Daniel B. Seymour, Susan Seymour, Sally & Michael Moskin, Scot Foley, Greg & Candace Foley, Kirk & Donna Foley, Sandra & Thomas Boehlert, Alan Foley & David Cervantes and Brad & Lisa Seymour; ten great-grandchildren, Tommy, Phillip, Renee and Jeremy, Daniel III, Christopher, Nathaniel, Carly, Ian and Lauren. She was predeceased by her daughter Arlene Seymour on November 19, 2010 and her brother Amos Hubbard in 2000. A Memorial Service will be held 1:30pm Monday, November 30, 2010 at Stone Presbyterian Church, Clinton. Burial in Crown Hill Memorial Park. There will be no public calling hours.
