Chris M. Rice, 44, of Norton Ave., passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at home.
He was born July 18, 1966, a son of the late Edward and Violet Moorehead Rice. Affectionately known as "Boober" or "Flash", he graduated from Clinton Central School. He had worked at the Clinton Arena and IcePlex in Morrisville for many years and also enjoyed camping.
He is survived by his two children, Tonya and Dalton Rice; his brothers and sisters and their spouses, Sandy and Donald Davidson of FL, Edward and Sherry Rice of Oriskany Falls, Frederick and Debra Rice of Solsville, Mark and JoAnne Rice of Waterville, Dennis and Jeannie Rice of Waterville, Keith and Deborah Rice of Oriskany Falls, Susan and German Quiroz of MO, David and Linda Rice of New Hartford, Penny and Bill Miller of Franklin Springs and Bridget and Gary Cassidy of PA; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Bradley C. Rice.
Funeral services will be held at 7pm on Friday, October 29, 2010 at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc, 35 College St, Clinton. Friends are invited to call Friday from 4-7pm.
