Obituary of Adrienne Shevlin

Adrienne Shevlin, 83, passed away July 29, 2026.

She was born in Queens, NY, on September 21, 1942. Adrienne was born to Thomas Francis Mayhew and Grace Warshaw Mayhew. She was raised by her father and stepmother Dagmar Lindholm (Mayhew). Adrienne married Eugene Shevlin on November 26, 1960, in Smithtown, NY. They shared over 50 years of love and devotion until Gene’s passing on May 7, 2011. She worked as a mental health aide at Utica State Hospital for many years. She was a member of the Church of the Annunciation in Clark Mills.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Kirkland Cemetery. All are invited to attend graveside services at the cemetery at 1pm Friday, August 7, 2026. Arrangements by Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service.
