Q: What will you miss most about Anna?
A: I will never forget what a great cook my mom was! She made the best Thanksgiving Dinners ever, with stuffed celery, olives, pickles, corn and every dish you can imagine! Especially all the pies! Christmas glazed ham and all the trimmings were always the best!
Stuffed peppers and meatloaf were other specialties of hers!❤️

Anna was always generous. And was a fountain of information about the HOLLAND FARMS corporartion in the Utica area.
For that matter, I remember attending a few of the Dutch picnics at Petey's farm in Oriskany.
At one point those picnics were so large they could field not one, but TWO baseball games simulantously! Wayne S. Rideout, 65 of Halifax passed away on December 7, 2019 due to injuries sustained from an automobile accident. The son of the late Emerson and Lillian (Lambert) Rideout. He was raised and educated in Brockton and Holbrook.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen (Mara) of 35 years. He was the beloved father of Chris, Tracy, Derek Rideout and Christina Cummings and her husband Joseph. Dear brother of Mark Rideout and his wife Audrey, the late Emerson Rideout, Charles Carney, Walter Carney and Richard Carney, He was the proud Papa of Alexa, Noah, Aiden, Giana, Grace and Jameson who were the pride and joy of his life. He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was a special cousin, brother-in-law and a wonderful and loyal friend to all. One had to be a carreful of second base because it might have been a cow pat!
